Learn the Language

Cymry Lerpwl

A Welsh language study group meets every week. It provides a forum where people who are learning Welsh can find mutual support and encouragement. All are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced learners. We help each other with learning materials, advice, and Welsh conversation practice.

We also organise trips to a language centre in North Wales for intensive one-day courses with professional tutors, several times per year.

The group meets at :

Liverpool Welsh Centre
Capel Bethel
Auckland Road
L18 0HX

Doors open at 7:15 for a prompt start at 7:30 every Monday evening.

If you are interesting in joining us, or would like any further information, then please write to :

bethel.learners@btinternet.com

If you have already started studying the language and would like to read about our group, then click here to see an article about us, mostly in Welsh, from the June 2018 issue of Yr Angor.
